Meet the Team

  • Jenny Quicksall

I have been documenting weddings since 2016. Originally from Indonesia, and now based in Southern California, my love of travel and culture have led me to photograph destination weddings around the world. My eye for detail, connection with my couples, and seamless creation of natural moments allow me to create impactful images. With an MBA in marketing and a dual BA degree in Economics and Psychology, I am passionate in helping photographers and entrepreneurs create a business that is both profitable and fulfilling.

Gratefully, my work has graced the cover of Inside Weddings Magazine and has been featured in publications from Brides, Martha Stewart Weddings, People magazine, Style Me Pretty, the Knot, and more. I have also been named Best Photographer by California Wedding Day 5 years in a row.

I cannot wait to share my journey with you and share my lessons learned along the way!

  • Miguel

I began my story with a black and white photography class in high school. My first job in high school was as a photographer at a portrait studio and I worked my way up through the early half of my career. Once I attained the manager goal, though, I realized that in working a paperwork and sales-heavy position, there was no joy left for me. Eight years ago I worked as a wedding cinematographer for the first time, and filmed three of my friends’ weddings. The second year, I had expanded to sixteen weddings and then to thirty-two my third year. I was drawn to weddings – I was enamored with the story of the day and the beauty of the moments.

Education in the wedding industry is one of my greatest joys. I’ve been leading the Pasadena Tuesday’s Together for five years, organizing monthly meetings and bringing education and networking to each and every event. Our meetings average thirty guests and are a great source of pride for me. I am also honored to have had the opportunity to teach for two years at Showit United, a photography conference in Arizona.

I am based in Pasadena, CA but love to travel. In my career I’ve had the pleasure of working destination weddings in locations such as Hawaii, Mexico, Northern California and Costa Rica. Filming in destinations that are special to my couples make the films I create even more special.

As a native Californian, I mix sunny inspiration with flawless organization and beautiful cohesive design.

One of my favorite parts about the planning process is getting to know my clients on a personal level and helping them to create an event that is personalized and uniquely theirs. I really enjoy helping them hone their wedding day vision and mixing colors, textures and selecting unexpected pieces or experiences that might not have been originally thought of.

When I am not planning, I am spending time with my baby boy, Ford, my husband, Nick and my dog, Taco! We love taking walks around the neighborhood, getting breakfast at a cafe, or sipping wine with friends.
